Hello, @user_0evo5p thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. I wanted to follow up to see if you're still needing assistance with your Xfinity Mobile device unlock. Most of the time, your phone unlocks automatically within 48 hours of being paid off.
Here are other unlock rules:
Your phone must be activated for at least 60 days.
The phone must be paid in full.
Your Xfinity Mobile account cannot have a past-due balance.
Your phone cannot be reported lost, stolen, or involved in fraudulent activity
