Unlock phone
I’ve called xfinity 4 times to unlock my phone my phone has been paid off and I’m not getting what u need so I can use my phone with another carrier. This is ridiculous and not right. Xfinity is the worse company ever and I will never go back to them for service. This is like holding someone hostage for something they own. They can’t make a person stay when they don’t want to .
