I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the ongoing lack of support and transparency regarding the unlocking of my mobile device, despite multiple attempts over the last three months.
Background:
I canceled my Xfinity Mobile service in January 2025 due to consistently poor service — misinformation from agents, false promises, and a general lack of accountability. Unfortunately, I have now discovered that my device is still locked to Xfinity, preventing me from using it with another carrier.
When I contacted your support team again this week, I was shocked to learn that an unlock request has been pending for months without any resolution.
Multiple Conflicting Requests Raised:
I’ve been forced to raise several requests due to inconsistent information from multiple agents:
[Edit: Personal Information] – Original request, agent was unhelpful and rude
[Edit: Personal Information] – Request via online chat
[Edit: Personal Information] – New request raised by a different agent within an hour
Each time, I receive a different explanation, and no one seems to be aware of the previous case history. This lack of internal coordination is highly unprofessional and unacceptable for a company of your scale.
