Unlocking Policy for Deployed Military Personnel

The Xfinity MobileThis company does not respect federal laws. When the military is deployed in areas outside of coverage, they need an unlocked phone. I'm going to change provider. I cannot be in a company that does not respect military service. Since I finish paying for the phone I am going to use Verizon or T-mobile or ATT, they respect the Unlocking Policy for Deployed Military Personnel.
