Unpaused devices say they’re paused.

In the app devices are unpaused and have the green circle but the computer itself says it cannot connect because it is paused. It takes over an hour to get it to reconnect. I reset the router, restart the computer, delete and redownload the app, check connection, etc. I need to fix the problem or I need to find a new internet provider.

user_2ce409 thank you for using the Community Forums page. Having your devices appear paused would certainly be a frustrating experience, as access to your most important devices is pertinent. I know that not having access to my computer for any reason would be displeasing for sure. Have you attempted to forget the network on these devices and removed them from the device list then re-add them and reconnect?

Go to the Xfinity app and click into your “unpaused” device, click on Device Details then scroll all the way down and click on Forget Device. Go back to your device and connect to your Xfinity wi-fi network as normal.
