Ive been calling since feb. when my phone trade in credit never showed up in my mobile line trade in. I have a email from feb saying trade in approved 500$ credit over 24 months will be applied to next bill cycle. After 3 months of calls/hours it's still not being fixed/correctly being applied. We  broke down all the math together multiple times and each rep say something different. they all promised to correct issue , I have 15 ticket numbers at least, until this week none have been added to my account for review and it was denied within hours. I was promised I was not responsible for the 500$. no matter how much I called/chat/went into store nothing changed, I was told I was lying. my phone service repeatedly gets turned off sometimes for multiple days,every time I try to call I was sent to billing for a overdue balance I have never had, I can prove it! my husband needed a new phone Your reps said I needed to pay 550.01 for his free upgrade line, phone was paid off months ago his promo was 830off that what I accepted get confirmation and it's says trade of 390 approved with trade in. called they said oh well we can't help you there no tracking number for his 500$ e-gift it was probably a system glitch just take the 390? Are they delusional? asked why I needed to pay so much, my promo was never properly added, he literally told me to pay my bills and I wouldn't need to be on a payment plan with a limit. I said will that mess with anything when you fix it and apply my credit,he said no. so I paid the money and was charged another 130$ down for it. called the next day to ask what I need to do to get my credit. response was you owe less then the credit now so it won't be applied, if we did apply it would been applied at the end of payoff of device. all your legal documents say next billing cycle after purchase device credit is applied for 24 months but could take up to 3 cycle to appear and it would be whatever credits from previous months that had not been added whole phone was being approved for credit. So which person is lying and why would I have to pay total phone price at cost of 1299.99 when I was owed 500$ promo and doesn't even make sense that they say it's applied after I pay the phones whole value off. I wouldn't of traded in my other phone then!  I can't even call your call center off my line at all due to your company's sketchy identity protections. Your system pulls up a customer called Michelle with a service address of 1028 and then ask for credit card and then tells me I can't be verified it send me to human who says hello Michelle how can I help you, Everytine for 3 months then they transfer me to security who has over 10tines admitted this is in fact some type of fraud and can't tell me why it's happening or how to fix it and then they eventually find my actual account they call me my husband! it's my account in my name I opened 3/4 years ago and internet too! But no matter how many time I go through the security process your company makes me do,it always next day goes back to his name. my social is being run for all credit payments plans so what kind of janky company is this! just a few days ago after explaining myself for the millionth time your rep, she promised they would provide my contracts and after 4 hours of talking not only tried to push a watch on me she then said I can't add it under your info but I'll just put it under your husbands name I told her a million times he's not the account owner and she still made me do three links back to back to verify account and it was all my hasbands info I asked her why this is happening if it's my account and she said oh it's just a simple verification nothing to worry about well why are you getting his social if it's not his account. I said no and didn't want anything else till you gave what I'm already owed! then when she couldn't get a commission off me for a watch she transfer me to a new agent and she said can I ask what you need assistance with I said can you read the note and whatever is noted in my account and she said there was no account notes and then didn't even read the previous chat and I had to go through it all over again what's the point of giving me all these tickets numbers if nothing ever actually gets entered or fixed everyday I'm promised by end the conversation ill smile, they will make sure of it, there so sorry for an inconvenience this  caused me. what a joke, fixes nothing doesn't get my money back/change that you are taking time and money. In march was literally pushed into adding the military promo free data pass line,the free phone galaxy A36 5G and it would be free as well except activation fees one time then I would also be mailed a 180$ gift card and a military promo discount would be applied to my future bills for two years. That phone is receiving promo and it all shows on bill is correct. 550.01 +180+500egift+500 +122.84 =1852.94 I'm owed!!!!! my contracts blank with 0/x it's said it null then.
