Unrelenting efforts to get help and treated properly.
Explain to me why I can’t seem to get a break here. I’ve been with Comcast since it bought out Adelphia Cable. So the 14 year stent is a little deflated to me. Had several issues with phones costing me more money do to there companies decisions. Gift cards never received to bringing over numbers to save on phones. Always upgrading hoping the phone could make up for the [Edited: Language] cell service in my area. But needless to say this time has got me wanting to work night turn to get that fiber optics wire to me sooner. Box contains shipping papers and packing no phone. Been over 2 weeks already.
someone better step up soon and be concerned about who pays their bill and even paid for several of xfinitys mistakes under duress. Horrible customer service.
