Unwanted iPhone 16e
I received an iPhone 16e. I did not order it. I am being charged $599 for it. How do I return it and have any charges removed. Also the account it has been sent to no longer exists. Please call me at [Edited: "Personal Information"]

If you are able to access the Xfinity Mobile account details online through your Xfinity ID, we recommend visiting our 'How do I return or exchange my mobile device and accessories?' support page to begin processing the return request.
Alternatively, you should be able to visit an Xfinity Store to begin the return process as well. You can find your local Xfinity Store by visiting our 'Xfinity Retail Store Locator and Xfinity Mobile Stores' support page.
