Urgent: Trade-In Phones Detained by USPS (Deadlines Oct 29 & Nov 11) - Need Corporate Help
Both of my iPhone trade-ins were shipped using the prepaid labels Xfinity provided. On October 17, USPS officially detained the packages in Battle Ground, WA due to lithium-ion battery labeling issues.
Because Xfinity generated the labels listing Xfinity as both the sender and recipient, the USPS warning letters are being mailed to Xfinity corporate, not my home.
I have screenshots of the official USPS tracking showing the original acceptance scans well before my deadlines (the first is due October 29). Can an Official Employee please send me a Direct Message so I can privately share my tracking numbers and protect my promotional credits before the system automatically charges me?
