Visible voice mail

I can access my vouce mail manually by pressing 1 but can no longer see it on my samsung galaxy s22. I get a,message saying to contact xfinity which i did and was told the voice mail is set up and that i need to contact samsung since is their software.

How do i get out of this loop and get this fixed?

Xfinity Voicemail has not worked for a long time on my S22, and indicates it is only supported through the S9 series. Samsung Visual Voicemail is really only visual in the sense that it shows a list of message you can listen to. If you're looking for VM transcription, I recommend a third-party app. Many people set this up using Goggle Voice. I use Youmail as my VM app to get full transcription and better control of my outgoing greetings.

@requa I am sorry to hear you are having issues with voicemail. Are you getting that error on the phone? Have you reached out to Samsung to speak with them as well?
