Visual Voicemail on s26 Ultra

I swapped from an iphone 15 pro max with Verizon to a S26 Ultra with Xfinity. Since then, my visual voicemail has not worked and its causing me to miss important information from doctors. I have called support 3 different times, called samsung, been on the phone for over 4 hours. Nobody has an answer and the last agent said they would call back after directing me to samsung and never did. Can I please get some real help on this? My wifi calling also isnt working and auto shuts off which doesnt work for me living in the woods and frequently makes me drop calls due to my phone relying on data alone.

Issues:

- Visual VM directs me to call support - no othwr options

- Wifi calling auto clicks off any time I try to turn it on.

- Phone is using a ton of data when im home on wifi all day

Check if this thread on the Samsung forums. Xfinity Mobile does not have a visual voicemail app. Samsung devices to not translate voicemail calls like iPhones do. https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Galaxy-S26/Unlocked-Galaxy-S26-Ultra-has-no-visual-voicemail/td-p/3570017

@DreamSayerZ Per Samsung, the visual voicemail app is pre-installed onto the phone and per other posts, it has worked just fine with every other carrier beside for Xfinity.

FroggyLegs123 Thanks for reaching out to us here to let us know about the issues you have been experiencing with your Samsung S26. Sometimes toggling airplane mode on and off can resolve issues with visual voicemail not working properly.  Can you please toggle airplane mode on and off and let me know if you are still having the same issue?

@XfinityBrianH

Hey! Thanks for popping in to help.

I tried that and still having the same issue with the visual voicemail.

When I was on the phone with CS this last time as well, they did somethibg from their end that now my phone wont hold calls for maybe 5 minutes before it starts trying to drop it, if it connects at all. I was not having a problem with this part before.
