Why are you [Edited] people who are trading in phones?

I sent my phone to the address you told me to. I have proof of delivery. I was back and forth with you guys for months trying to get my credit on my account. I finally had enough and paid off my new phone and told you I was going to change carriers. Then you decided that you found my phone and I would get my credit. The credit was supposed to be $650. I got a $140 credit. Your CS person said that my credits would be a certain amount monthly. Today, I contacted customer service, and they told me that because I paid off my phone, they would not give me the credit owed. [Edited: "Inflammatory"] I am contacting the attorney General in Michigan.
