worst customer service ever

I was trying to unlock my phones. One of your random customer agent provide false information and i'm stranded without mobile network now. it is been 12 hours trying to get this resolve. ever single agent giving me some random crap. no one know what they are talking about and I have to explan the thing over and over to all the new agents that they put me through.. since you have no clue and no chat history ..here what you have provided . please fix my issue
