Worst service and false promises
Xfinity worst customer service and dealing with customers
- Mid of Jan- after port in I confirmed with. Customer care and they said my 2 devices are eligible for 100 dollar gift card
- Beginning of may - they confirmed it’s escalated and I’ll get gift card within 7 days
- End of may- the customer service goes back to page 1 saying that I’m not eligible for gift card.
Why was the promise made?
Why was the confirmation given that l I’ll receive it within 7 days?
Are you guys cheating me?
It’s not matter of money but trust .
Also you are making my time go waste.

Hey there, @user_rarr. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Have you gotten the chance to check our incentive tracker to see if the gift cards have been sent? There is also a contact number to the team that handles these kinds of inquires at the bottom of the page once you plug in your account information to view its status.
