Xfinity app email button

I'm trying to check my email through the Xfinity app but everytime I do I keep getting this error: err_connection_aborted. How do I fix this?

Hi @Jasonc126 are you able to access your email at its direct url https://www.xfinity.com/email? Asking to test whether this is strictly email or an app issue.
