Xfinity app tabs not showing up

I go into my xfinity app wanting to look at who is connected to my wifi but it is only showing me 2 tabs, overview and account. It also says my bill is past due but it is due on the 28th.

@PG-0317 Sorry to hear the app is not allowing you to access all the features. The system thinking the account is past due may limit certain features in the app. So we will want to check what is happening with that to see if it is causing the issue. Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address to get started. 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
