Xfinity Device Payout
I have been trying for 4 months to get my prepaid cards sent to me for the Xfinity Mobile Device Payout Plan. Everyone I speak to tells me that my paperwork is complete and that it should be taken care of in X number of days but I still am listed as "pending" in the tracker. What can I do to actually get this taken care of? I'm starting to regret my choice to switch to Xfinity mobile and am close to switching back to my previous provider.

@themikells Welcome to Xfinity! This is a great question to ask. I'm glad to know you're checking the tracker for more information. All gift card offers take a minimum of sixteen weeks some take longer defending on the eligibility details of that offer.
The tracker is the best place for updates. If you're still seeing pending that means you're still in the fulfillment timeframe of your gift card.
Once you meet all the eligibility requirements for your gift card, you'll see the status update to Qualified.
When your prepaid card is ready, you’ll see the final status update to Virtual Card Emailed.
We email gift cards to the primary email address on file.
