xfinity disconnected services due to an internal error

My XM service was disconnected due to "suspected fraud" which turned out to be a internal system error.  I have talked to multiple agents in the CSA department and even filled a FCC complaint, notice of offical dispute and a claim with the Texas AG's office.  It has taken over a week and services are still only partially restored. I keep asking to be transferred to the manager or anyone who has the access to the back end system to get my things restored and they continually refuse.  I am still without phone services, cannot see the devices only and I am just trying to talk to anyone who has some system access to make it right before it becomes a much bigger deal.
