Xfinity is a scam

My 3 cellphones are undeliverable text messages, calls dropping, Internet buffers, service not working. 9 months and 100s of complaints no one reached out to me yet . They are giving 5 days to pay your bill but charging $13 late fee without notice I'm f-ing done with lies from Xfinity employees

it's all scams now days . and [Edited: "Language"] for poor people like me. i didn't know they had fees and one month i was 6$ short and next month i evened it out but i was -20, +9, +34 which put me ahead of the 66$ / month payment but now it shows i owe 180 $ ??? !!! people who already cannot pay the full amount get charged even more !!!!! screams SCAMMERS and no way to see an actual statement that shows any of these transactions or anything you actually need to see like YOUR [Edited: "Language"] PLAN details.  was supposed to get paramount for free which is why i even signed up but NOPE

@user_ygl4d8 good morning I honestly feel like the fraud department or FCC should be doing something. If people actually got together and provides proof of what Xfinity is doing to us they will be held accountable. God sees everything and I truly believe taking advantage of poor disabled people like myself and others that are financially struggling and 1 day close to becoming homeless should receive all our money back and for stress . Most of us are taking money from food and bills to pay Xfinity outrageous fees and high bills. No notice I have 5 days to pay my phone bills and they gave me a $13 fee

user_ygl4d8 Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I can understand the frustration if the billing doesn't appear to be accurate and you aren't able to view a detailed billing statement. I definitely want to let you know that you can review the PDF file of your billing statement by logging into the Xfinity app, select account and then below the amounth due you'll see a button that says Bill Details. You can click current statement and at the bottom of the next screen you'll see the option to open the PDF file of your bill. That will detail all the charges, promotional creadits, one time charges etc.

Our team would love the opportunity to help you review your billing statement to confirm accuracy. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started.
