XFINITY IS CHARGING ME FOR A MOTO G PHONE I NEVER ORDERED OR RECEIVED
I am here to complain about the service and the phone department at Xfinity/Comcast.
I have been dealing with them over the Moto G.
Comcast/xfinity are giving me the run around. They are charging me for a phone I didn't received and I didn't want!
After month of complaining about the charges, them telling me lies upon lies, just now I received a phone -Moto G-
Again, I call Xfinity and they response is that I can't return it that I need to pay for charges I disputed for 4 months.
They used my credit card I never authorized. They promised closing the account, they promised to resolved the issued, they promised so many things but here we go again. I called today they are giving me the run around.
