Xfinity Mobile Billing problem

I ordered a Iphone 14 in December 2022 and returned it back in January 2023.  I keep getting charged for this phone.  Every month, I have to call to get the charge refunded and keep getting told they will fix the problem, but here we are over a year later and it is still happening.  How do I get this resolved once and for all?
