Xfinity mobile help

I am currently on vacation with my family in Mexico 

I lost my phone here and I am trying to get my number activated on my new device using the Xfinity app

but every time I do it , it says no verified contact but I have my email address in there 

and it’s verified 

please help as there is no Xfinity store over here
