Xfinity Mobile incident # [Edited] (billing overcharge)

From February 2024 to March 2025 I was mistakenly billed for four mobile lines of data instead of three. This resulted in me paying approximately $360 more than I should have for data I didn't use for the following phone number I didn't have - [Edited: "Personal Information"] -this can be verified on billing and data usage statements. $360 is the total of the 11 months of erroneous data charges and the higher taxes I paid because of the erroneous charges. When I identified the issue and had the erroneous line removed from my account in March 2025 I was given a $20! billing credit - that's it! Xfinity still owes me $340. My chat history and incident can be found under the ticket number in the subject line. I have contacted Xfinity customer service FIVE times in the last two months and this is still not resolved. I am a valued customer and really don't appreciate being treated so poorly. Who wouldn't issue an immediate refund to their customers when the company is in the wrong?!
