Xfinity mobile iphone 16 pro upgrade scam

When will Xfinity mobile admit that they have scammers EMPLOYED WITH THERE COMPANY AND SCAMMING LOYAL COUSTOMERS AND RESOLVE MY CASE? Xfinity mobile knows I have been scammed. I sent the phone back with label sent from xfinity mobile after being 2 step verified. I have sent you proof of return, I have confirmation from usps that you recieved phone back  I have spent countless house on the phone with xfinity mobile agents trying to get this resolved with zero results. I am constantly ignored and disconnected.  Finally my only option was to have my credit card company deny payments and reverse charges. I still have been making the 48.36 for service every month but now you have disconnected my service.
