Xfinity Mobile refuses my iphone unlock request
I recently upgraded my old iphone to iphone 17, and it is fully paid for. I need to get it unlocked for an international trip in two weeks. after multiple chats, phone call, escalating tickets, I am still getting denied because it needs 2 billing cycles first. I have been with Xfinity Mobile for over 5 years, and this is a replace phone, fully paid for, and I can't get it unlocked simply because the new phone did not meet 60 days? I thought there should be a reasonable exception in this case, but the request/escalation ticket was denied. Can someone suggest a solution? This is such a frustrating experience, and I spent hours talking to one after another agent, and can't get any resolution.
