XFINITY MOBILE
I ordered a phone that i never received. It was returned to XFINITY by FedEx. I was told i would be refunded within 3-5 days. The phone still shows on my account. Everyone keeps transferring me. The supervisors have you on hold then completely transfer you to someone else without even helping to begin with. This has been the ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. I will never recommend XFINITY to anyone! No one knows what their talking about. Everyone acts as if it’s their first day on the job! Supervisors included!!
