Xfinity mobile

I received an email saying that my phone will not be shipped out until I activated my internet. I activated my internet on 5/18/25. When will my phone be shipped out?

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
