Xfinity Phone Trade-In Credit

Help please... I sent in my old phone for a trade in credit on May 15th and the tracking shows it was delivered on May 26th but I still do not see the credit and the status says trade-in shipped but nothing else after that. I reached out to support chat but they were unhelpful. How do I get an update or get this resolved?

tifflysu, Hi there! Thanks for reaching out, and I'd be happy to help clarify what may be happening with the trade-in. Once a device is received by Assurant, it can take up to 15 business days for it to be checked in and processed. After the trade-in has been successfully processed, promotional credits can take up to 2–3 billing cycles to begin appearing on the account.
