Xfinity privatized my BYOD
how many times you have to call to xfinity customer service to get solve your problem? I tell you a lot and every time you speak 1-2 hours and no result. They even can’t connect you to manager( or don’t want to connect). Xfinity privatized my BYOD and locked it. They told me i have wait 60 day active line to get unlocked. They told me i purchased phone from Xfinity (supervisor Cindy) told me and can’t prove that and was rude and mad
