Xfinity Support

I’ve been handed off to multiple employees via the messaging option on the app and on the phone with no resolution to my issue.

I ordered an Apple Watch through Xfinity and when the box arrive via FedEx, the watch was not inside the box.

My ticket # is

If this isn’t resolved my next step will be cancelling all service and contacting my lawyer.
