Xfinity took my phones as a trade in and never gave me credit for them last year.

Last year I traded in my sons Iphone 7 and an iphone 13 for the latest iphones for myself and my son at the Bolingbrook IL store. After a few weeks we noticed that we were never given a credit towards the new phones so I went back to the store and they said they would figure out where the phones were and take care of it. A few months went by and still no credit. So I went back to the store and they said they were still working on it. Again, no response and no credit after sitting in there for over an hour waiting. I went in again three more times and I still haven't heard anything or gotten a credit.  At this point, I'm at a loss and am going to have to file a police report because after a year, I still dont have the two phones and my $1200 credit is nonexistent. This is my last resort as the guys in the store seem to not care. I was at one point given the card of the district manager and I called him 5-6 times and never heard back. Please help.
