Xfinity unable to unlock my iPhone

I am extremely unhappy with service I am getting from Xfinity. I have two Xfinity mobiles and Xfinity Internet. My internet plan starts at 50$ and now they raised to 135$ (no other plans available for me as per their scammy system). I have two mobile phones with Xfinity with pending device payment on one device and another is fully paid. Xfinity refuses to unlock my phone to transfer numbers. I am ready to pay full amount but still they can't unlock it. If I cancel my internet plan they are going to charge 50$ extra for two lines. I can't port my numbers with out unlocking phones. Its hard to deal with their website and customer support.
