Xfinity Won’t Unlock My Phones
My phones have been paid off for a long time. One for more than two years. I have been told 24-48 hours, 4-6 more hours (trust me), 24 more hours and now I have been out on hold for a manager for more than an hour for the second day in a row. [Edited: "Inflammatory"]. I’m not hanging up and I’m getting an attorney. [Edited: "Solicitation"]. If something happens to my kid because he doesn’t have his phone to help keep him safe there will be [Edited: "Language"] to pay. Don’t tell me to call your Edited: "Language"] office. I’ve been on hold forever. Twice. Working on Day 5 since you turned off my service without releasing my phone.
