Can Not access email.  Get stuck in loop by clicking on links only to be sent to original screen.  Do not know how to fix issue.  Everything was fine yesterday (10/23/2024)!  HELP!!!!!

Are you able to log in to your 'My Account' portal (https://customer.xfinity.com), or is that where you're getting the loop? Have you tried using an incognito browser window?

I was finally able to get someone on the phone.. Appears my account was inadvertently purged.
