Access to email

Xfinity has denied me access to my Comcast email in a routine periodic demand that I change my password. It says I can't change my password unless I go through my home WiFi but I'm traveling in Europe and don't know how to access my home WiFi from here. Am I supposed to do without email access until I get home in 10 days? my family, friends and clients expect to reach me by email.

Accessing the Xfinity/Comcast email has long been problematic from outside the U.S.  Do you have another account your contacts can use that is available internationally like Gmail or Yahoo, until you get back?  As for the password-----------

Call Comcast security. See if they can help-----------------------
