Accessing Comcast email

Every time I click on the 'check my email' link it sends me back to a support page that then tells me to go back to my account link and select 'check my email' which sends me right back to the help page and not my inbox

Try clearing your browser's history, then close out the session and reopen it in a new one.  Or, try using another browser and see if that does it for you.

I tried this and got sent into the same loop unfortunately. Any other ideas?

• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send your message
