Hello, this website is still not working for us. My mother and I are working together to try and access her old Comcast email but it is inaccessible.

Using this link allows us to sign in. From there, we select the ribbon option of "check email" and it spins for a moment while loading. Then it loads the help page titled "Using and managing Xfinity Email accounts".

Clicking any of the three adjusted links within this page ultimately lead us back to the Xfinity home page, where we start the loop again. Clicking the email loops us back to the help page, which sends us back to the home page, which sends us back to the help page. We simply need to be able to access the emails so we can verify identity for some connected apps (EA, in this case)

Clear your cookies and cache.  Sign out of your account.  Close your browser.  Start a new session.

Good afternoon one our experts @Again , did share a link where you can access your Comcast email. Did you have a chance to try that one yet? Where are you having trouble accessing your Comcast email? Is this one a mobile phone, or a computer? Are you trying to log in on a 3rd-party application like Outlook, or Mail for Apple, or Mail for Android?
