Accessing my comcast.net email

@Latoque​   We are 84 and 90 years old.  Been with Comcast for years on end.  I had no clue this was  happening and it's about to give me a coronary receiving an email yesterday saying comcast ends on the 4th of Oct. 3 days away .  We have businesses that send us bills etc. each month and it's a great number of them.  This is a nightmare.

Breathe deeply and slowly.  In and out.  You're SAFE!

That is a phishing email!!!!  You're email is NOT going to end on October 3rd!  And you are going to make it to 85 and 91 years old with no problems!

Comcast, however, IS transitioning email over to Yahoo, but the good news is that you get to keep your @comcast.net email addresses!  You will just go to Yahoo and sign in with your comcast.net credentials - when the time comes!  Not just yet, though.

If you use webmail [using your web browser to go to email] you're already ahead of the game.  When it is just about your turn to transition your email to the yahoo servers, you'll get an official email from Comcast/Xfinity with the verified logo [so you know that it is legitimate and not fake] telling you about the transition and what to expect and what you'll need to do.  In about 30 days later you'll get a second official email telling you that you'll need to accept the Yahoo Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and when you do that your email will have migrated and you'll start going to login.yahoo.com to login with your comcast.net credentials to get your comcast.net email.

Hello user_x5wo6w did the suggestion from our Expert @Again help you access your Xfinity email? Were you accessing your email via a third party server(like Outlook or similar) previously? Are you able to log in to xfinity.com with no issues?

What's wrong with your email?  Are you trying to go to webmail to get it and you can't get in?
