Accidentally activated Email Safe List - Need to recover blocked emails for a 24 hour period

Hi - I accidentally activated the Email Safe List feature last Friday, Feb 20.  How can the blocked emails for a 24 hour period be identified and sent to me?  Thank you

Hi @user_3jpj0y, thanks for reaching out on our Xfinity Forum about the emails that did not come through while the safe list was on. Have you already unchecked the box to turn that back off?

This link describes how to Uncheck the Email Safe List. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-connect-safe-list

And this link shows how to recover deleted emails. These steps may bring them back to your inbox. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/recover-deleted-email.  That will send any emails from the last 30 days on our servers back to a folder in your email. You can move or delete them from there. Please let us know if your emails are recovered when you try those steps.

Hi XfinityMelinda - Thank you for your message.  Yes, I have unchecked the Email Safe List.  I did this on Saturday morning (Feb 21) when i realized the issue.  I have tried recovering deleted emails, but I am still missing any email that was sent on Friday, Feb 20 after 11:10 AM through Saturday, Feb 21 until 9:15 AM.  Any email sent during that time period was blocked, and those are the emails I am trying to locate and have re-sent.  They must be on some server somewhere.  Please advise.

@user_3jpj0y I can see how important it is to try to locate the missing email. I don't have an article to share on how to locate the blocked email. You may have to connect with our Customer Security Assurance (CSA) department for assistance. You can visit: https://spa.xfinity.com/help/network-abuse?faq=report-online-harassment and connect with our team.

Hi XfinityLinda - I reached out to the Email Security Assurance team; I'm assuming that is the same as the CSA you mention.  I spoke with them at length twice (Monday and Tuesday) with no resolution.  The rep created a report to send to the IT "technical" department who is supposed to contact me.   It's been 3 days and no contact has been made.  What do you suggest?

@user_3jpj0y Yes, that is the team I was mentioning before. If anyone can locate the blocked email, it's them. I would give them a few more days to see if you get a response. We appreciate your patience.
