Are you talking about your email account? When you say it's "disappeared" are you meaning you can't find it, or it's not where you expected it to be? Have you already migrated to Yahoo! Mail and forgot that's where you need to go to find your email? Otherwise, try here -----> https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite and if that's not it, please explain in more detail what the issue seems to be.
