This company's website tonight has been nothing but a menace!  There was no quick link to get to this forum without my having to Search the site.  When I got to it, the pages did not even scroll, the scroll bar being absent from the extreme right of my screen.  This is a Mac Monterey.  I wanted to switch accounts after signing in, meaning that I wanted to view another email address after I logged in with another one.  The site apparently does not distinguish between email accounts and accounts for other business as Google does.  So, I had to log out of my previous address to log into another one on Comcast.  Can't Comcast overcome this?  I should have mentioned that I used Safari.

Comcast did away with that in preparation to email moving to Yahoo! Mail.

I thought I did post publicly when I ended up here.  This adds to already existing confusion.  I should have also mentioned that I could not login without the page asking again for my user ID.  Today on my Mac, I had to close out of a Safari tab since the user ID and password did not access my email.  When I opened a new tab to come to the Xfinity URL, I thought the tab was going to crash the computer.  It took too long to open.  I am now on my Windows 11, disappointed in not knowing what is going on here.  It is now hours later.  I thought I would try to use this account to add a new account to Spotify, for another set of albums, playlists and stations.  Spotify would not accept this email address, though it accepted my GMAIL, which is so overcrowded that I must trash many messages to avoid buying storage from Google.  Now, again on Windows 11, I tried to login.  Even after doing so, I cannot view my email inbox.  After causing me to change my password this morning, it reverted back to the previous password.

Hi there, @user_xpasw2! Thanks for reaching out about accessing your email box. We are glad to further help. Having a 2nd Spotify account will be nice. Get a different vibe with each account as it learns what you like. When you changed your password, did you clear your browsing data and then login again? That ensures any stored cookies for logging in at our website are cleared as that can cause this problem.
