Hi user_8l7d4v! Thanks for letting us know that you were able to add other email addresses to your device without an issue. Sorry to hear you're still unable to add your Comcast email. To confirm, did you try the steps listed in the link from the previous reply here? Also, are you able to access your Comcast email through the email sign in page on the Xfinity website?
