I am trying to add another email to my new laptop and it tells me credentials or authentication info does not work

Hi @user_i0y1pm, I hope you had a great start to the new year. Working hard all year, time to enjoy the first weekend lol. A new laptop sounds awesome, new tech is always fun! I'd like to make sure we're on the same page though, are you trying to sign in to your Xfinity account, or add your Xfinty email to a 3rd party email client?

If you log in to https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite everything should be the way you made it as long as you were using webmail.  If you were using a third party app, probably not.

Are you trying to create a new email address to your new laptop or add a previously created email address to your new laptop?
