Additional email name emails not available.
When I log in to xfinity with a secondary account and try to look at the emails, I see the emails from the primary account instead.
I am unable to connect to the email account with Microsoft Outlook. I am able to connect to it with my cell phone application.
All 3 of my "comcast.net" email addresses have frequent connectivity issues from Microsoft Outlook. I have 9 other email addresses from other providers and NONE of them have issues.
Edit:
Sorry, forgot a detail: The account worked until 12/23/2023 on Outlook. I do not know when it messed up on the Xfinity website.
Also, items sit in the Outbox of Microsoft Outlook for several hours before being sent. No explaination.

From the website make sure you log out of the primary email and then log in to the secondary. I wish that I could help with Outlook but I haven't seen it in years, since I use Thunderbird instead. Also, as a general rule we don't troubleshoot 3rd party clients.
