After changing passwords I can receive, but cannot send emails.

After changing passwords due to the hack, I can no longer send emails. I can receive, but cannot send. Now saying SMTP server off-line.

To get started, could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send your message

@XfinityJorge​ I am unable to receive my Emails.I either receive the message' xfinity is currently unavailable ' or 'This Email address is blacklisted'.I have a an Apple MacBook Air computer

Hello @user_v1bx0n Thank you for sharing the trouble you are having with receiving email. I'm sorry that you are receiving these errors. Email is vital in today's world, let's see what's causing the issue. On your MacBook are you using Mac Mail to access your email or are you accessing your email directly from the server at xfinity.com?
