All email since Dec 25th until today has been deleted
Hi,
I just checked my email and all the messages both in my Inbox and Sent after 12/24/23 have disappeared. Email from 12/24 and before is in there but after then it isn't. I use IMAP and haven't changed any settings. I sent a test message just now to myself and it arrived in the Inbox, so email works, but all emails have disappeared from my account. I do not use POP or have any settings to delete emails. There are no emails at all in Trash or Spam via the website. Did something happen at Xfinity to delete them? I have 2-factor on my account so I doubt it has been "hacked" and I am the only one who uses the account. Any ideas?

Aaaaand, they are back. I assume Comcast was doing some maintenance, or they read my message and realized they'd messed up somehow. Hopefully this doesn't happen again. Freaked me out.

The email on the Xfinity email site and on my email clients (Apple Mac Mail on iPhone and MacBookAir) show the same situation. The emails have gone.
