@user_chxsvq Thank you so much for making a post for help with your emails no longer being in your in box. Have you by chance already checked to see if they were deleted and if they can be recovered on your end? You can do that by using the steps below:

  1. Right-click on the Trash folder or click on the More Actions icon (three lines) next to the trash folder.
  2. Select Recover Deleted Items.
Recover deleted items from your account.

  3. Select the messages you want to restore and then click Move Selected Items.
Select and move messages to be recovered.

  4. Select the appropriate destination folder and click OK or Move.

I deleted the app thinking that would help. Now I can’t figure out how to go to an app to get and check my emails

@user_jsd2ix Hello and thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Community Forums today. The Xfinity Connect app was retired almost 3 years ago, so you will not be able to download it to your device. Rest assured that you can continue to easily access your Comcast email from your mobile device.

Here are two options.

  • Use the Xfinity Connect web portal at connect.xfinity.com. This site is optimized for your mobile device – and you can bookmark it for easy access from your home screen!
  • Or you can access your email using a third-party email client, like Outlook, Thunderbird, or the Mail apps native to your iPhone or Android device. These email clients include extra benefits like the ability to add attachments and access your phone contacts. You’ll just have to make sure you enable third-party client access within Xfinity Connect before getting started.

Please let us know if you have any other issues accessing your email.

I am an Official Xfinity Employee.
Official Employees are from multiple teams within Xfinity: CARE, Product, Leadership.
We ask that you post publicly so people with similar questions may benefit from the conversation.
