All incoming Outlook email blocked

I am not receiving email from senders using Outlook.

I tried using another email to send to my comcast and got the following error when using Outlook. I tried using gmail and the message went through.

It appears that the system is rejecting everything from Outlook as spam. What is going on there?

fndrtele1 Greetings and welcome to our Support Forum. Our team is here happy to assist with your email issue so you are not missing or geting any more of them blocked. Do you by any chance know if you have any email filter or spam settings enabled on our end that could be affecting this? Here is a great link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/spam-filters-and-email-blocking-new-experience that you can review to go over the settings for your email.

I found the spam filter settings after searching on your forums. That was not it. The issue is resolved now and I'm receiving mail from senders using Outlook - my guess is that something was amiss with either comcast or microsoft.
