All of My emails in my in box disappeared

My emails are still missing! You haven’t sent and solution

Thanks for reaching out to us, this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/recover-deleted-email  has great information on how you can recover lost or missing emails. Also  when you access your email are you going to our website https://login.xfinity.com/login or have you tried jumping on our Xfinity app going to the search section and type in check e-mail?

Also if you're checking your e-mail through a third party e-mail app if you have recently or ever changed your Xfinity password, you'll want to make sure you've changed the password on your third party e-mail application.

Earlier this AM I had over 100 emails in my box--compared to the 500+ of several days ago, but now I just went back to my Inbox in webmail and there are only five emails there.  The search box is empty, my personal mailboxes are still missing, and I am looking at the Inbox.  What is going on with Xfinity Mail?
