Please help. I cannot search my email, I only receive the error: An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request.

I too am getting this same message and I am logging directly into my email via xfinity.com

@cntry2go​ I am having the same issues on my PC although I can create messages and send from my phone.  I have tried deleting cookies and switching browsers.

I am able to access email. But, I get the Error Message: An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
Then, I have to "edit" multiple drafts, before the email sends.
I am constantly deleting the Drafts folder, as these multiple attempts accumulate in the Drafts folder.

This has just started in the last week.
